Vocational
Skills training in tailoring, carpentry, welding, plumbing and other trades for sustainable livelihoods.
Vocational Training & Skills Acquisition
A skill is a gift that lasts a lifetime. DCF's vocational training programme equips youth and women who have been left behind by the formal education system with practical, marketable trades.
Programmes include carpentry, tailoring, hairdressing, welding, baking, and phone repair trades that are in high demand and can be practised independently with minimal startup capital.
Graduates leave with a certified skill, a starter kit, and access to our alumni network a community of support that helps them navigate the early stages of self-employment.
